Received my canvas print the other day & couldn't be happier! I knew I was taking a chance by buying something so big via the iPad but am pleasantly surprised. Whats cool is that up close you can totally see the brush strokes, etc. - obviously a painting. Then, you step back about 10 feet & it looks like a photo! Not one friend or family member has been able to tell that it's not a photo from that distance. Gloss gallery wrap was definitely the way to go - thanks again!

Dominic Piperata replied:

Thanks, Herb. Glad to hear you are pleased. I'll email more later.

Dominic Piperata replied:

Thanks, Herb. A lot of my work leans more toward the impressionistic, but with the falls and my memories of it from the 60's and 70's, I was trying for a more crystalline reality. A truly magic place.

My work is in hundreds of art collections in the US, Canada, Japan, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and China. My images have been licensed by the World Health Organization, the Veterans Administration, resort hotels, and many interior designers. Although I attended an art school in California, I consider myself to be mostly self-taught. The majority of my working career has been spent in the art world, but not primarily as a professional artist. For the past 35 years I have been a consultant specializing in career development and marketing strategies for artists, arts organizations, fine art photographers, and...
