My wife and I just got back from Venice...the clarity of light and your wonderfully "loose" sky are just as I remember it. Lovely job on the gradations of color, in both the water and the building(s).

Your very welcome. I believe that might be one of the secrets which make your gallery so intriguing, but as far as I can tell, the Dominic that has been posting on the the discussion board lately is very much a realist in my opinion. But a good balance of the two is always best anyways.

Good point Kevin. My business is career consulting with working artists, which requires a realist overview, Making art is strictly an avocation, so I guess that allows the two sides to coexist.
